Our cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code (CC):
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the right to withdraw from the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 CC:

• The deposit will not be refunded for cancellations without valid travel cancellation insurance.
• Cancellations are free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.
• From 1 month to 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the booked travel price.
• Within the last 7 days before arrival, we charge 100% of the booked travel price.
• Kindly understand that in case of late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the price.
